“We went with Vitalia Senior Residences because they were very personable from the start. While I was thinking about mom to go to a home, they would drop friendly cards but they were not pushy with me at all. The facility is clean, they were up front with everything, the rooms are a very nice size. The staff are extremely friendly, every single one of them is just fantastic and they treat you like you are at home. They always know who we are when we walk in, even when we had masks on. They know my mother personally and what her likes and dislikes are. The staff decorate the residents doors and always recognize their birthdays to make them feel special. They stress that you bring furniture from home so that your loved one will feel more at home. They are also a pet friendly facility as well. I would absolutely recommend them, my mom is thriving here and very happy. She is getting great care.”
