Vitalia Senior Residences at Strongsville Greatly Appreciates Its Employees

Reflecting on 2022 and everything that has taken place at Vitalia Senior Residences at Strongsville, shows how much we have grown together as a community.

One of the most exciting moments in our community was “Family Fun Day,” with a carnival theme. This was a great opportunity for employees, residents, as well as all our family members. The carnival games, fun foods, entertainment, and raffles made it engaging for all. The sound of laughter in the air and the smile on everyone’s face spoke for itself. It was bonding between employees and residents on another level. Bringing joy into the community shows you can also have fun at work. We care about all our employees and residents, and the interactions with all the families was very memorable.

In our community, we have several team members from each department who go above and beyond the call of duty, it comes natural to them. We are, what I call, “Extended Family” and most know the definition of family. We, as a “Team,” do what it takes to get what needs to get done at Vitalia Strongsville; that is what team building and bonding does. We are stronger together and we continue to grow in that area daily.

The upcoming holiday season will consist of spreading joy in the community for our employees and residents, ending our year with fun, festive activities, pictures, and holiday food challenges, including a soup competition between staff and department heads. There will be gingerbread house making, holiday decorating contests, gift exchanges, making and baking holiday cookies and treats, and passing out surprise gifts for employees and residents. It will be a fun-filled atmosphere that would put a smile on everyone’s face, showing we made it through another year, and we can make it through many more.
