“We went with Vitalia Senior Residences because they were very personable from the start. While I was thinking about mom to go to a home, they would drop friendly cards but they were not pushy with me at all. The facility is clean, they were up front with everything, the rooms are a very nice size. The staff are extremely friendly, every single one of them is just fantastic and they treat you like you are at home. They always know who we are when we walk in, even when we had masks on. They know my mother personally and what her likes and dislikes are. The staff decorate the residents doors and always recognize their birthdays to make them feel special. They stress that you bring furniture from home so that your loved one will feel more at home. They are also a pet friendly facility as well. I would absolutely recommend them, my mom is thriving here and very happy. She is getting great care.”

“My mom loves to the size of her one bedroom apt. The staff work hard to get to know my mom and always use her name when greeting. The food is delicious and I have eaten with my mom several times. There are plenty of activities and dates and times are listed on a monthly calendar one of which is for the entire month while a condensed version is provided for the week. My mom likes that she can view one week at a time. I like how the facility provides things to do that are not necessarily on the calendar like puzzles and games. My mom says that she feels very safe and secure when going to bed at night as she knows people are around when she needs them. She felt anxious being alone in her home after my dad passed. She enjoys the comfort Vitalia brings.”
