excerpt from the article:

The villas in Vitalia will be attached to each other in groups of two or four living units. Each unit will have one floor and contain two bedrooms. Biales said rent rates haven’t been determined, but will include utilities and property maintenance.

The villas campus will hold a putting green and bocce courts. It will consist of four new streets: Vitalia Way and Penny, Strawberry and Abbey lanes. Biales said The Beatles theme was intentional.

“We thought it would be nice, especially because individuals who would live here are in the age range of when The Beatles were popular,” Biales said.

In 2019, City Council unanimously rezoned the 20-acre site of the proposed villas from general industrial to senior residence, making the project possible.

Vitalia is a new brand of senior-living facilities created by Omni Senior Living. The firm is developing the senior communities, and its partner — Arrow Senior Living, a St. Charles, Mo., firm — is managing them.
